Mr. Riyaz Basha Abdul, is one of the key advisor to the Board members of the company management. He has an established success record of more than 22 years in the multinational corporate environment before joining Al Rabban Capital Groups. He was a Finance Manager before joining our company from Year 2012 to 2015, where he played a significant role in its growth. In Year 2016, he was joined Al Rabban Capital Groups as a full-time Group CFO.

Mr. Riyaz Basha Abdul is responsible for The integrity of the company's global financial operations including developing business and financial plans, budgets and cash forecasting, drafting and developing the company's investment plans and financial analysis of its performance. Plan the acquisition strategy of the group, review the financials and business profiles of entities and review the SWOT analysis report and recommendations on business viability/investment strategy. The new business opportunities arising in the region and prepare the analysis report and recommendation for the board review and to achieve the expectation and goals. Driving the company’s Financial Planning short term and long term financial strategic plan to achieve the sustainable growth and meeting the investors/group expectation. Performing risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments. Deciding on Investment Strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks. Further, he places strong emphasis on financial monitoring, risk management and organizational discipline.
